This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to move the content of the affected pages horizontally or vertically by the amount we specifiy.
According to the coordinate and dimensions model used in the PDF format, a positive horizontal value will move the content to the right and a negative value will move it to the left.
Likewise, a positive vertical value will move the content upwards, while a negative vertical value will move it downwards.
If we select the option "Use page rotation and scaling factor", this factors will be taken into account before applying the command. Otherwise, the command will be executed as if the page weres not rotated or resized (if it is not, checking the option or not is irrelevant).
