This Enfocus PitStop command allows us to select all elements of a PDF. Nothing is omitted, neither the elements that are invisible because they have no color, nor those masked nor those outside a page box.
It has no options or parameters.
The action list above, for example, would convert each and every element in the PDF to grayscale colour.
